| The psionicist can create a 5 foot high by 20 foot long wall of pure, invisible force, or a 5 foot high circle of force with a 5 foot radius, or a 15 foot pillar of force with a 2 foot radius. The psionicist can increase any dimension by 1 foot per rank. At ranks 10 and higher, the duration can be extended to 10 minutes per rank, or the psionicist may choose to create a hemisphere of force with a 5 (+1 per 2 ranks over 10th) foot radius or a sphere of force with a 3 (+1 per 3 ranks over 10th) foot radius. At ranks 20 and higher the duration of the first three effects becomes 1 hour per rank, or a sphere or hemisphere extends to 10 minutes per rank. Once created, the wall of force will not move and is totally unaffected by any other spells or disciplines except the appropriate special knowledge counterspell or a Ritual of Dispelling Magic. No blows, missiles, cold, heat, electricity, or any similar effects, spells or breath weapons will penetrate a wall of force. Teleportation (except psionic teleportation) may not be done into or out of a sphere of force (i.e. teleportation will work through any type of wall of force except a sphere). A wall of force will not block mental energy (i.e. psionics). |
