This skill allows the character to make accurate judgments about people. The character must be able to observe the target as he interacts with other people before a roll may be made.
Some applications of this skill are; determining phobias, classifying outlook (alignment), specifying likes and dislikes, etc.
Note that the character gains additional rolls the longer he interacts with a given person. |
