In no case can this ability be used to speak to normally intelligent races though it can be used to speak to intelligent versions of some "beasts". For example, it can be used to speak to intelligent Giant Eagles, or Blithwic Gorillas. The GM is the final arbiter of whether this gift can be used to speak to a specific type of creature or not. |
