Someone drawing a weapon normally incurs a -5 penalty to their initiative for the round in which they draw the weapon. Someone with this skill can attempt to draw their weapon faster. Skill roll is ((DEX - 15) x 3) + (Rank x 5). If they want to draw more than one weapon, they can split their bonus between the weapons as they see fit.
  • Absolute Success - No penalty to Initiative. +10 to Strike Chance due to unexpected speed.
  • Success - No penalty to Initiative.
  • Near Success - -2 to Initiative (instead of -5).
  • Partial Success - -4 to Initiative (instead of -5).
  • Failure - Normal -5 to Initiative.
  • Absolute Failure - Draw weapon and drop it. Spend entire round to retrieve. Enemy attacks at +20 this turn.
  • Blunder - Weapon drawn and thrown 1d20 feet.
