| By spending 1 point of Gnosis and succeeding in a skill roll, the werewolf can create a small amount of one of the four basic elements - fire, air, earth or water. Skill roll is equal to ((MA - 15) x 3) + (Rank x 15). The amount of the element created is 1 cubic foot per rank. Duration is permanent but, for example, if fire is created, it will be extinguished after (rank x 2) rounds if not provided a fire source. Similarly created water will spill to the ground and run off if no bowl is present to create the water in. Created air will have no effect in a normal environment where air is plentiful but will create a bubble around the target that will allow them to breath for (rank x 3) minutes in environment where breathable air is lacking (e.g., underwater, vacuum, etc.). Created earth will either be dirt or basic stone (player's choice). It will never be precious metals or gems. |
