Rule Name:Levels of Success
When making skill rolls, you will generally be called upon to roll percentile dice and add your bonus to the result. The final result is compared to the following table.

176 or higherAbsolute SuccessYou went well beyond normal success with the skill roll and achieved some higher degree of accomplishment. The particular skill may define the exact effects achieved by this level. Otherwise the GM will determine the extra effect.
111 to 175SuccessYou achieved normal success with the skill roll.
91 to 110Near SuccessYou achieved some degree of success. The skill description may list the effect of Near Success, otherwise the GM will determine the effects. In general, you can be considered to have achieved 75% of complete success.
76 to 90Partial SuccessYou achieved some degree of success. If the skill description does not indicate the exact effect of Partial Success, the GM will make the determination. In general, you can be considered to have achieved 50% of complete success.
06 to 75FailureYou failed the skill roll.
-24 to 05Absolute FailureYou not only failed the skill roll, you made things worse in some way. If the skill description does not define the exact effect of Absolute Failure, the GM will make the determination.
-25 or lowerBlunderYou not only failed the skill roll, you blundered magnificently. If the skill description does not define the exact effect of a Blunder result, the GM will make the determination.
