Timeline of the Sea Princes’ History
PEy 120 Elani arrive in the seas south of SW corner of Putarrha. They begin construction of the Sea Prince islands with the Orbs.
Ey 1 Elani finish their islands and officially declare the Sea Princes as their new home. They begin their calendar with Elani year 1 (Ey 1).
Ey 1103 Elani notice that Eilan has had some evolutionary effects on their people and several off-shoots of the Elanic race are recognized: Systani, Erile, Scryian, Ues, Oelas, and Allon.
Ey 5246 The War of the Orbs begins with the invasion of the shadow creatures in southern Sea Princes.
Ey 5261 October 14th, Night of the Orbs ends the War of the Orbs with the destruction of the Erile Island. Many of the islands in the Western Sea Princes are discovered to be altered from the war.
Ey 5430 Sandelson Assassination. The last Elani born ruler is killed and Ues born Masette leads the Council of Elders until it disbands 5 years later.
Ey 5435 Elanic Unified Government ends with the disbanding of the Council of Elders.
Ey 5686 The entire Systani race vanishes mysteriously from their undermountain city.
Ey 6185 The Gilthans, a young human race from the mainland of Putarrha, start spreading to the northmost islands of the Sea Princes.
Ey 6243 The second civil war of the Sea Princes. The South Sea Princes attack the North Sea Princes islands and drive them back to their mainland.
Ey 6517 The Empire of Duang invades the Sea Princes and capture the last city of Elani, on the island of Austay.
Ey 6529 The Duang Empire seizes the majority of the Sea Princes and the mainland of Gilthardan.
Ey 6678 The Sea Princes unify and rise against the weakening control of the Duang Empire. They repel the control of the Duang Empire and return to their original governments.
Ey 6678 The peoples of Gilthardan declare themselves independent of the Duang Empire, following their defeat in the southern islands, and announce the birth of their nation, Gilthardan. They begin their own calendar at Gilthardan year 1 (Gy 1).
Ey 6726 Gilthardan declares war on the desert nation of Zhilfanu Kolate.

Ey 6776 Gilthardan claims victory against Zhilfanu Kolate. However, they chose not to pursue
Gy 99 any expansion into the desert. The construction of the great wall of Gilthardan is started.
Ey 6778 Gilthardan declares war against the South Sea Princes.

Ey 6779 Gilthardan claims victory and expands to the nearby islands again.

Ey 6881 The fourth civil war of the Sea Princes breaks out between Gilthardan and the South Sea

Ey 6884 The South Sea Princes emerge victorious and claim back several islands from Gilthardan.

Ey 7088 Gilthardan bans magic from its empire and exiles all mages. The Regalia regency
Gy 411 secedes from Gilthardan and the fifth civil war begins.
Ey 7092 The fifth civil war ends in a draw, with both sides gaining and losing ground. Regalia
Gy 415 joins the South Sea Princes as the Ospect Islands.
Ey 7184 Gilthardan declares war on Gathax.

Ey 7242 Gilthardan subdues most of Gathax and moves further east.
