KCKC: "Well a thought just struck me. I have not tried this before, but there is aways a first time. If it works I think that the digging wil commece shortly. I am going to change into a badger to dig.

KC: He begins casting his spell polymorph self. Init [rolled 5] spell point 2 and cast time 6 segments. [rolled 44 vs cast chance of 56 - Successful Cast Chance!] I will use a luck point to reroll if necessary. My 1 item I can use will be the Ring of Varaxx. So I can increase size and strength if needed to dig better or faster.
MartinMARTIN: will quickly start looking through the scattered adventurer's gear for something to dig with.
MortyMORTY: I will hold action until I am either unconscious or healed by Tyra, then unleash my attacks. Hopefully the latter comes before the former. Sadly I don't have a folding shovel in my satchel. Maybe I need to invent one.

MORTY TECH: Psychic Crush twice, maintain Mind Blank. 2 NL spent for each attack, no wound penalty taken into account since I don't know what it will be.

LaniLANI: Lani will maintain her Intellect Fortress (1 NL) and attack with Psychic Crush.

ShaarillaSHAARILLA: Shaarilla will continue attacking the death's head spectre with Psychic Crush

TyraTYRA: "I don't have a shovel but maybe I can use my hand axe to dig into the ground." Tyra pulls out her hand axe from her belt and shows the group.

While the group is trying to figure out how to dig out the dirt floor, Tyra will use her Ring of Medicine to quickly heal Morty.

TYRA: Init [rolled 10], Ring of Medicine on Morty [rolled 5 6 4 (+2)- Total: 17]

Initiative 10
Tyra activates her Ring of Medicine and heals Morty 17 points. Morty now has 25 HP. He is down 7 lethal and 16 NL.
The Death's Head zombie continues to attack Morty, who has been the most psionically effective member of the group. However, his attack misses.
Lani attacks the death's head zombie with a Psychic Crush but misses.

Initiative 6
Morty hits the death's head zombie for 1 damage.

Initiative 5
Morty hits the death's head zombie for 3 damage.
The death's head zombie misses Morty.
KC casts a Polymorph Self spell on himself and changes into a badger.

GM: With Morty's 2 attacks, he is down to 21 HP remaining. He is down 20 NL.

GM: Next round, KC can activate his Ring of Varex and begin digging.

Martin quickly looks through one of the rotting backpacks this round.

GM: Martin can send a LUCK roll.

MARTIN: Luck 21 [rolled 9, MADE BY HALF!]

GM: Shaarilla and Syl both have held actions for round 8. Everyone else can send their round 9 actions.

On Initiative 13, Shaarilla hit the death's head spectre but failed to penetrate his mental protection.

As Martin picks up one of the backpacks to search, it practically falls apart in his hands, dumping the contents on the ground. One of the items in the backpack was a camp shovel, that is now lying on the ground.

GM: Everyone can send their round 9 actions now.
