BarnasBARNAS: "Ahhh" the young man exclaims as the zombie attack comes out of no where. The youth figured he needed to finish off the skeleton before dealing with the new threat... he just hoped he could take it down

KCKC: He continues to slash away at the zombie with his shiny daggers.

MartinMARTIN: Will continue to attack the stack of bones facing him, even though he knows his sword is not the ideal weapon, but it's important to keep the bag o' bones occupied or it will turn on Syl.

MortyMORTY: "I'm starting to get worried about all these reinforcements that keep arriving, we're going to get overrun. I could try to mimic a Deathbane spell to do a little damage to all of them, but it wouldn't be much more than a pinprick to each. Syl, you might want to consider a Sunburst but we'd want everyone to be well warned to close their eyes as you finish the spell or it might harm us more than help us. Any other ideas anyone?"

MORTY (OOC): We may need to consider pulling back into the doorway we just entered just to limit how many of them can get to us at once, use it as a chokepoint. As of now we're outnumbered nearly 2 to 1 on every capable combatant and we've only destroyed one of them. Moving forward is ideal but our current position is very exposed to attack from multiple sides. Oh, and Sharilla, you need to conserve your arrows, you only had 20 when we started, remember...

MORTY TECH: I will burn a point on Power Perception, scanning around and staying clear of the fighting, trying to figure out if there's some kind of riddle to solve, or magical pattern to disrupt, or even just an invisible key to allow us through that metal door. If I do end up getting attacked, Full Defense.
LaniLANI: Lani sees the skeleton moving up and shifts to focus on it. "Since your dagger is more effective against the zombie, KC, you can destroy it while I focus on this skeleton."

ShaarillaSHAARILLA: Out of the fight at the moment, Shaarilla looks down and looks for any way that she can help. Afraid of hitting one of her friends, she won’t fire into combat. But seeing that reinforcements keep arriving from the side passages, she nocks her bow and waits for another one to appear, the shoots at it before it enters melee. She doublts her arrows will actually do anything to the undead, but feels she has to do something.

SHAARILLA: Hold attack with Short Bow for unengaged undead.

SylSYL: Feeling more bold after taking out a zombie, she moves over to attack the Zombie currently attacking Barnas

TECH: Init [rolled 5], SC [rolled 64-76 = -12 - Missed!], Damage [rolled 6], Threat [rolled 59]
TyraTYRA: The warrior maiden decided to continue aggressively attacking the skeleton for another round.

TECH: Hard Attack - Init: [rolled 5], Attack: [rolled 87-66 = 21 - Hit DEF 21 or less], Damage [rolled 8], Threat: [rolled 84], NL Damage: [rolled 2 2 2 - Total: 6]

KC attacks the zombie and misses with his main blade but hits with his offhand dagger for minimal damage. The zombie continues to attack Lani but misses.

Lani turns her attacks on the skeleton. She misses with her fist but hits with her mace. The skeleton misses Lani.

GM: She scored a confirmed grievous but rolled minimum damage. Grievous result was triple damage instead of double so she did all of 6 points of damage.

Both a skeleton and a zombie attack Barnas. The skeleton misses but the zombie hits for 3 damage after PROT. Barnas misses the skeleton.

Towards the end of the round, Syl arrives and attacks the zombie that hit Barnas. Unfortunately she misses.

Tyra is beset by both a skeleton and a zombie. The zombie hits her for 4 damage after PROT. Tyra hits the skeleton with a solid blow.

Shaarilla sees no new opponents arrive this round and saves her arrow.

Martin attacks the final skeleton and hits with enough force to destroy the skeleton.

GM: In the future, Martin might want to consider using Brawling to attack skeletons. His damage is only 1d4+2 but brawling is a crushing attack and he gets 2 attacks per round. His Brawling rank is automatically equal to his overall level. Right now, his SC is only 74.

Morty activates power perception and spends the round looking around. He notices that Syl is now sporting a magical ring and Martin's sword is magical. He is not at all surprised that the ring mail that suddenly appeared on Tyra is also magical. He can also see magic on the skeleton attacking Tyra.

GM: As Marty suggested, go ahead and send actions for round 6 and 7. Feel free to send conditionals (ex: "if my opponent drops, I will move to assist so-and-so."). I don't expect to get all turns by tomorrow evening but, if I do, I will try to resolve before heading to Charlotte, NC.
