Tyra hits and destroys skeleton 4 but not before it attacks Martin and removes one of his Stoneskins.
Skeleton 3 attacks Syl and removes one of her Stoneskins.

Initiative 4
Syl hits skeleton 3 for 1 damage. It is now badly wounded.

KC moves up to the next container. It is a small crate that appears to be nailed shut. It does not open readily.

GM: Let me know if KC is going to pull out a prybar to open it or move to the next chest. If he wants to open this container, make a DEX roll to see how quickly he readies the prybar, and a STR roll to see if he gets it open. If he makes a 2x DEX roll or better, he can try yet this round. He needs a 3x STR roll to wedge the prybar into the chest and lever the lid up an inch or so. A better STR roll means more progress.

KC: just move on to the next one that can be opened.

GM: At the end of round 3/beginning of round 4, three more skeletons appear in the room and a fourth appears near Randle in the next room. Randle, Shaarilla and Morty can all make PER rolls to see how quickly they notice and can react to it. You need at least a 4x PER roll to even notice it.

SHAARILLA: Perception: [rolled 78 vs. PER 15, 6x roll]

GM: Shaarilla is busy keeping watch on the ogre prisoner and has not yet noticed the skeleton.

RANDLE: Perception [rolled 5 vs. PER 11, MADE BY HALF!]

GM: Randle screeches loudly as a skeleton suddenly appears behind him. Morty and Shaarilla no longer need PER rolls. They can react normally in round 4.
