| Description: | Hit points skill has a 1.25 skill modifier, making it more expensive. Classes that normally require hit points skill as a required skill for level will not have this requirement. Instead, the halfling is only required to buy 1 rank of hit points skill every second level. For example, for a halfling fighter to advance to level 4 as a fighter, they must have rank 2 in hit points skill.
Because of the higher cost of this important combat skill, halflings may choose up to 400 multiple of non-combat skills to purchase for a .75 multiple. |
