This helm grants the following abilities:
- Teleportation - The attuned wearer can teleport once per day up to (MA x 50) miles. He can only teleport to a stored location (q.v.) but the teleportation is risk free.
- Dimension Door - The attuned wearer can teleport once per day to a location within (MA x 50) feet. The location can be a stored location, a location that the mage can see or a location specified by distance and direction (i.e., "teleport 50 feet to the northwest). If there is a solid object at the destination, the teleportation fails and is used up. See Dimension Door spell under Phase Magics for more information.
- Blink - The attuned wearer can teleport (MA / 5; round up) times per day to a location within (MA x 2) feet. The location must be one that he can see but it can be through a keyhole, bars or other barriers that can be seen through.
- Stored Locations - The attuned wearer can have up to (MA / 5; round down) locations stored for which he can teleport to. To store a location in the helm, the mage must visit the location while wearing the helm, and spend 1 hour memorizing every detail of the location.
- Protection - The helm provides +2 Protection to someone wearing armor (magical or mundane).
- Psionic Battle Charm - The helm functions as a +1 Psionic Battle Charm.
