This protection extends in a 10-foot diameter sphere centered on the reader. All forms of water—liquid, solid, and vapor, ice, hail, snow, sleet, steam, and so forth—are unable to penetrate the sphere of protection. If those protected come upon a form of water, the substance simply will not touch them; thus, they will not slip on ice, sink into a body of water, etc. If used on the bottom of a body of water, it will create a 10 foot hemisphere of air that moves with the reader. If used in a body of water but not at the bottom, the bubble of air becomes a sphere instead of a hemisphere that will slowly sink to the bottom under the weight of those within the bubble. Those inside can force their way out of the bubble with some effort. After a full round of effort, they are allowed a 4x STR roll to see if they can free themselves. Those with a STR of 25 or higher can free themselves automatically.
