This scroll creates a Circle of Protection versus Magic (c.f. Circles of Protection). It emulates the following circles in a single protective circle.
- COP Black Magic
- COP Holy Magics Minor
- COP Holy Magics Major
- COP Ritual Magic
- COP Spells GK
- COP Spells SK
Additionally, any magic item that comes in contact with the circle (i.e., attempts to pass in or out) must make a special saving throw or be drained of all magic. The item must roll equal to or less than 20 + (Power Level x 5) to avoid being drained. Artifacts are immune to this effect. Thus, a PL6 item must roll 50 or less or be permanently drained of magic. If a magic item is drained, the circle of protection immediately ceases to exist.

- Max Targets Protected - 12
- Reading Time - 1 round
- Duration - 1 hour
- Movement - The reader can move at a walk or run (2x TMR) and still maintain a circle of protection.
