This arrow functions exactly like a +1 arrow (+5 SC, +1 Dmg) except that when it hits its target, it sends out electrical bolts causing 6d6 damage (reroll ones) to everyone within a 10 foot radius including the target. Anyone not wearing metal armor is allowed a magic save for half damage. Those wearing plate mail or plate armor are not allowed a save. Those wearing chain mail or ring mail are allowed a save at -10.

If the arrow misses the target, it will burst into electrical bolts when it hits something solid.

The arrow is a single use item whose magic is gone once fired, whether it hit its intended target or now.

Shock Arrows can be found individually or in bundles of 1d4, at the GM's discretion.
