A Brace of Combat is similar to a Brace of Weapons except that it can hold much more, not only in terms of quantity but also in terms of type. Whereas a Brace of Weapons can only 5 items, and they must be weapons or shields, a Brace of Combat can hold up to 20 items and they can be weapons, shields, potions, wands and just about anything else that is combat related in some way (GM discretion).
