Unfortunately I can't find my notes on it. From what I recall, it allowed it's wielder to construct a dwelling with it. The quality of the structure built was based on the wielders Engineering skill. The structure will be built out of existing materials. Which means if you wanted to build it on an open field, it would construct it out of dirt and grass. And depending on your skill with engineering, it would either fall apart quickly and/or collapse in the first storm, or last accordingly to well build Mud homes. A home build in a forest by a rank 1 or 0 user would give you a small wattle and daub hut while a high ranked user could construct a fairly nice log home or (milled wood), etc. Note: Existing materials doesn’t necessarily need to be taken from the surrounding area. If a person brought in all the stone and wood to make a home to the site and then used the Rod, it would use those materials first. Only one structure per year may be built, and an average sized home (say 6-10 rooms) can be built in a 12 hour period. The rod wielder must concentrate the entire time the structure is being build (although they can walk around the area and converse with others during this time). If they stop or are interrupted though the Rod will cease functioning for the year mentioned above. Note: Larger (even much larger) structures can be built, it just requires longer uninterrupted concentration and sufficient materials. If a desired material is used up before the structure is complete, the rod will simply use the most appropriate nearby material to continue (be it good or bad).
