This device appears to be a normal container for holding burning coals unless magic is detected for. To use the item, a fire must be lit in the brazier and the proper summoning words spoken. These actions require one round.
The elemental will remain under the control of the summoner for as long as the summoner maintains concentration. If concentration lapses, it cannot be regained and the elemental will seek to attack the summoner, to the exclusion of everything else.
If the summoner is attacked (by spell, melee attack, ranged attack, etc.), they must make a Mental save to retain concentration. The save is made at -1 per 3 hit points of damage (or fraction thereof) suffered.
The summoner can dismiss the elemental back to its own plane of existance at will.

Roll to determine the size of the elemental each time this device is used. It can be used a maximum of once per day.
