This harness can be worn by any small bird. It will adjust to fit perfectly even if attunement fails. The bird must make an attunement roll to use the item effectively.
Bird may:
- (1/month) fly 200 miles in eight hours without tiring
- return to starting point unerringly (if a bonded animal such as a familiar or spirit animal, it can return to the person it is bonded to, or starting point)
- (1/day) may relay visual impressions to owner for up to 1 hour as they meditate
