  • Once per day, the attuned wearer can run at 4x TMR for up to 1 hour without tiring.
  • The boots can shrink or grow to fit any foot from a halfling to a giant.
  • The boots have a chameleon-like effect that causes them to blend well with any outfit worn.
  • The boots are waterproof, keeping the wearer's feet dry as long as he or she doesn't step in puddles or streams deeper than the boots are high.
