These magical boots have the following properties:
- Balance - The attuned wearer can move at full TMR over the most unstable of surfaces. This could be an icy lake, a narrow ledge, or even a tightrope. Even a rickety bridge can be traversed at full TMR but if the bridge is not strong enough to support the weight of the wearer, the boots will not prevent the bridge from collapsing and the wearer from falling.
- Sure-Footed - The attuned wearer will never fall due to an unsteady surface that they might be standing on. This could range from slippery ice to a narrow branch high above the ground. If the wearer is standing on a surface, they will not fall.
- Defense - The attuned wearer gains a bonus of +10 to Defense.
- Concealed Pocket - Each boot contains a concealed sheath that can hold a small dagger or wand with little chance of being noticed. Someone actively searching the wearer would need to roll a Subtle PER roll to notice the concealed object and, even then, only if they are searching the boots.
- Fit - Will grow or shrink to fit any foot from halfling to giant.
