| The target of this spell can move without making a sound provided they move no faster than half TMR. If the target is wearing metal armor (ring mail, scale mail, chain mail, plate mail or plate armor) they are limited to one quarter TMR. If the target wants to move at full TMR, they must use their Move Silently skill but gain a bonus of +20 to their skill roll for this spell. This spell has no effect if the target moves at faster than 1x TMR. |
