The cleric can bless a number of weapons equal to their rank. The blessing has the effect of increasing strike chance by 3% but does not allow the weapon to strike creatures that normally require a +1 or better weapon to hit unless they are undead. This spell has no effect on weapons that are already magical (+1 or better weapons).
