| The mage may, whenever he occupies a place in which an entity has died, communicate with the spirit of the entity if the mage could have communicated with the entity while it was alive (knew its language, etc.) and is aware that the place he occupies was the site of the entity's death. Only questions that can be answered yes or no will be answered, and the dead can only provide knowledge of events which transpired while they were alive. There is a base chance of 10% (+4% per rank) + CHA modifier ((CHA - 15) * 3) that the dead will respond to the questions of the mage. Once the dead initially respond, they will answer all questions asked automatically until dismissed. This talent does not allow the mage to communicate with Undead, only summon the dead from the spirit world and speak with them. |
