This spell is identical to the spell Levitation except that it can affect multiple targets at one time. This spell takes 5 minutes to cast.
When cast, the caster decides whether movement will be under the control of the target or the mage. This can be done on a target by target basis. Unwilling targets are allowed a magic save to resist. Targets can ascend or descend at a rate of 20 feet per round (2 feet per segment). Movement is limited to vertical movement only and will in no way propel the target horizontally.
