The mage may read the tarot to gain insight into the future. It takes half an hour to read the tarot and the mage may not move or perform any other action during that time.
The caster may see (unclearly) into the future a number of hours equal to the rank of the caster and may ascertain events that may or may not be important to him. Usually the mage must outline the actions that they plan to take in order to get a reading. However, the GM is free to adjudicate this ritual in any way he chooses. Often he will require, or make himself, a percentile die roll to determine the clarity of the reading, with a very low roll indicating an unclear reading and a high roll indicating a clearer sense of the future. |
