The mage can clear away fog, smoke, mist or any other type of fog that is gas or water based, whether magical or mundane. The radius of the clearing is 20 feet, plus an additional 5 feet per rank (150 feet at rank 21, 200 feet at rank 22). The fog will continue to be held at bay for the duration of the spell after which, depending on the source of the fog, may fill back into the area. The initial area cleared is based on the wizard's location at the time the spell is cast but does not stay with the mage.
