In order for a water mage to be able to cast any spells or rituals in his college, he must be able to sense a natural body of water. If he is in sight of a body of water, then he can cast his spells. Otherwise he may use this talent to cast spells when he is not within sight of water, but is within 1 mile per rank of a natural body of water at least the size of a pond or stream. Note that this talent does not allow the mage to determine the distance, direction of size of the body of water. It only allows them to sense that there is a body of water within range and allows them to cast their spells. |
