The caster may turn a half pint of potable water into a general antidote for venom. The number of doses created by the spell is equal to 1 per 3 ranks of caster, round up. Each dose causes any venom to become inactive and will cure 1 point per 2 ranks, round up, of damage caused by the venom. The mage can create the antidote for later use but it must be used within 30 minutes per rank or it loses potency.
The spell requires a specially prepared beaker to hold the anitdote. Use the Glass Bottle in the equipment list. After the last dose is used, or the duration ends, the bottle vaporizes into mist. |
