In order for a Lay Healer to cast their Cure Wounds spell, they must have healing ingredients. There are three common ways to acquire these ingredients:
    1. Buy them from an apothecary
    2. Find them in the wild
    3. Conjure them with this ritual

1. Buy them from an Apothecary - Cost is generally about 10 silver each (1 set of ingredients).

2. Find them in the wild - This method requires Plant and Herb Lore skill. There is not a single type of plant or herb that these ingredients come from. The ingredients can be compiled from a wide variety of different types of plants and herbs. If the mage spends a full day of searching in an abundant environment with lots of plants and herbs, they may attempt a Plant and Herb Lore roll (Recognize Mundane Plant) to find 1d6 sets of ingredients with a successful roll (1d2 for partial, 1d4 for near and 2d6 for absolute).

3. Conjure them with this ritual - Casting this ritual will conjure a limited number of ingredients depending on rank, as indicated below. Note that the ingredients must be present within the area of effect. If this ritual is cast in a desert with little to no plants, the GM may impose a penalty or rule that less ingredients, and possibly none, are conjured. If there is a woodland area within the area of effect, the GM will usually assume normal chances of success with no modifiers.

This ritual takes 1 hour to cast. It requires 100 sp worth of copper, silver, gold or platinum to cast. The metal melts and vanishes as the ritual progresses.
