The mage bursts into flames, inflicting 1d4 damage per two ranks on everyone within 5 feet of him (friend or foe) or half if a Magic save is made. The mage is temporarily unaffected by heat or flame of a magical or mundane nature. At the end of the spell, the mage suffers 2d8 damage unless they have some other form of fire resistance (e.g., Fire Immunity, Fireproofing, Fire Resistance, etc.). |
