The mage causes any single target to sense the mage's hand squeezing his heart or similar organ to a pulp. The specific effect depends on the results of the Normal save. The spell remains in effect so long as the mage concentrates and does nothing else. The mage must maintain line of sight on the target. During this time the mage must make visible squeezing motions with his hand to simulate the squeezing of the victim's organs.
