The center of the storm can be up to 1 mile away per rank. For example, a rank 10 mage can center a storm up to 10 miles away and the storm will have a radius of 6 miles from the center point of the storm.
He can maintain these alterations in the weather as long as he maintains his concentration on them (Max of 1 hour per rank). He may move at base TMR but may not cast spells. If attacked in combat, the concentration is broken. |
