| This spell can be cast on any rune created by the mage or any other Rune Mage. The duration of the Rune is reset. The new duration becomes 1 day per rank with this spell or the original ritual, whichever is less (30 days at rank 21; 60 days at rank 22). Each time this spell is cast, there is a cumulative 12.5% chance that the rune will be dispelled by the casting (12% chance the first time this spell is cast, 25% the second time, 37% the third time, etc.). If extending a rune created by another mage, add a flat 10% modifier to the chance of permanent dispelling the magic (22% the first time, 35% the second, 47% the third, etc.). |
