ALYSON: The map did not load up for me do know what way to go. Has there been pirate bodys that have not been checked for weapons?

GM: Nothing close. If you want to stay in the battle, your best bet is to head northeast towards where the Carter and Mykel are fighting what appears to be the pirate leader. Just beyond him is another pirate shooting it out with some kurabanda in the trees. You are currently about 21 meters away so you might want to get a bit closer. The pirate is focused on the kurabanda so you can move at normal rate (3 squares with successful DEX roll, otherwise 2) with little risk.

GeorgeENSIGN FURY: With the pirate down, George relieves him of his laser pistol. He notes that the powerclip still has some juice remaining. The pistol is set for 2 which is enough for 2 shots. He looks over towards S'lch, Gorman and Alzarix and says, "Anyone know how to use a laser pistol? I'm a lousy shot. This one still has a couple of shots left."

Alyson moves 2 squares towards the leader.

Alzarix continues searching the downed pirate. He does not find any more powerclips. The pirate is wearing a cheap chronocom.

Carter attacks the leader but his blow glances off his armor for no damage.

Ciara and Jim both move forward towards pirates 4 and 7.

Jim finds himself facing an unwounded human pirate. He attempts to disarm the pirate (-20 to hit) but fails to do so. The pirate shoots at him twice with the laser pistol. He hits once for 11 damage (10 after Combat Luck) and misses with the other shot. Jim is down to 20 STA.

Ciara is facing a badly wounded vrusk pirate also armed with a laser pistol. Ciara misses but so does the pirate with both of his shots.

George takes the laser pistol from the downed pirate, notes that all of the pirates are down in this area, and begins moving northeast.

Gorman suggests that S'lch head over to the downed pirate (pirate 6) and relieve him of his weapons and then heads north.

Mykel attacks pirate 1 who seems to be the leader. He hits for 12 damage but much of that is absorbed by the armor the pirate is wearing. Nevertheless, the pirate is now badly wounded even though he still has battle-maddened eyes and shows no sign of fleeing.

S'lch takes Gorman's advice and moves over towards pirate 6 to see if he is dead or unconscious and relieve him of his weapons. He does not reach him before the end of the turn.

Pirate 9's pistol is empty so he moves over towards Mykel and attacks him with a knife. Like the pirate leader, his eyes show a crazed look. He hits Mykel for 3 damage after the absorption of the skeinsuit. Mykel has 20 STA remaining.

As pirate 9 is running towards Mykel, kurabanda 1, 3 and 4 all shoot arrows at him. He gets hit twice for a total of 11 damage.

Kurabanda 5 moves up along with Ciara and attacks the vrusk pirate with his knife. He hits the pirate with a knockout blow for 3 damage. Ciara turns to assist Jim.
